Decor Trend we Love - Baby's Breath

Over the past decade (or longer) this flower has widely been considered a filler...thought of as the "stuff-you-throw-out-when-it-comes-with-your-Valentine's-roses" filler.  But like all good trends, they come back!  We can't help but fall in love with baby's breath all over again when used in a much more predominant application.  That's right...Brides are now highlighting it as the star flower, and you'll be able to see why below....Its readily available all year round too!

A few 2011 Highlights...

2011 was an incredible year for LKWD. We had the opportunity to work with so many amazing couples, each unique and eager to show their commitment to each other. We also had the pleasure of working on some Corporate Gala's that were too much fun! We want to Thank all of you for a wonderful 2011, and for letting us into your lives in such a special way. Our last event is next weekend, and that will be it for the 2011 Wedding Season :( .

Sam & Raff - June 5, 2010 @ Liberty Grand

On June 5th, 2010, Kelly and I had the privilege of being a part of Sam & Raff's Modern, Music Inspired wedding. Their wedding, both ceremony and reception, took place in Liberty Grand's Artifcat Room. With a design scheme of blues and whites, calla lilies and flood lighting, a modern, yet warm atmosphere was created.

In the company of 175 guests, live musicians, and their pet dogs, "Chloe" and "Reese," Sam and Raff moved every guest in attendance by their love, passion and commitment to each other. Fl orals provided by Flower Parade , dance and bongo beats spun by DJ Emporium, a turn-table record cake by Patricia's Cakes and photo booth by Hart Entertainment captured guests until the wee hours of the morning.
